Thank you for your interest in supporting Thurston County's agricultural youth
There are several ways you can support the youth in our market sale. You can attend the auction and purchase an animal. If you wish to support a specific child's project but do not wish to buy, you can place an add-on. An add-on is a donation to that child. If you do not know any of the kids but want to support you can donate to the committee. Funds donated to the committee are used for things like annual expenses, the purchase of awards and buckles, etc.
Add-on Form
Add-ons can be sent by mail or made in person at the Market Sale Office anytime during the fair. Mailed add-ons should be paid by check. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted at the Market Sale Office. Please note that all add-ons must be received by the Market Sale Committee by August 31st. Buyer Registration
Anyone planning to place an add-on or bid at the auction must have a bidder number. If you are new to the auction and would like to pre-register as a bidder click here. Past buyers needing to update their contact information can do so by clicking here.
